Rafiqul Rahman, an eleven-year-old boy living a hard life with his strict aunt and uncle in a small village, receives a magical letter delivered by a crow on his birthday. The letter invites him to attend Afsaruddin's Magical School, a secret institution where students learn the ancient arts of magic. Intrigued and hopeful for a life beyond chores and neglect, Rafiqul follows a magical map to the mysterious Sundarbans forest, where he meets Harina, a talking deer who guides him to the school.The story explores themes of self-discovery, courage, belonging, and the moral implications of power. It weaves Bengali folklore and magic with Rafiqul's journey from being a neglected child to discovering his place in a world of wonder and danger.
