I mostly enjoyed this - loved the MCs and their chemistry. He's a hockey star who needs to rehab his image and she's the GM's daughter, being groomed to take over one day. Of course, they met each other and had sparks fly before either of them knew he was the new hockey player on her team. But the "conflict" felt over the top for a hockey romance, and I kept wishing it had dual POVs instead of just her perspective. Good, soft pick though! 3.5⭐️

There is absolutely no reason why I‘m procrasti-reading hockey romance books but I‘m here for the suggestions. Haven‘t read an entire book in a day in years, and here I am, finishing one at 5am.

“You going to cheer for me?”
“Always.”
“What if we win tonight?”
“Lots of hot sex.”
“And if we lose?”
I pretended to ponder that. “I might be too depressed to have sex.”
“Guess we better win then.”
Our eyes met, and we shared a huge smile.”

Why have one romance troupe, when you can have them all?
Also, everyone seems really well-adjusted have just survived a plane crash.
