I'll be honest, I put a lot of years in this battles. Yoga helped more than I can describe. So did poetry.

Such great imagery. I'm enjoying this collection so far and particularly love this one.

I was all set to start this book this morning and I saw #firstlinefriday on my feed at the same time. It seemed timely.

"You watch entranced as she races through her days, just like you do, but she is unstoppable with seemingly endless energy."

A part of me wishes I could be described that way, maybe I was once. Now it just sounds exhausting.
