The Burgers Brothers have the only family-owned funeral home left in Murray, KY. After Donnie Burgers returns home and expresses a desire to sell to the corporate Life Memorial across town, he is met with resistance from his younger brother, Frank. When he wakes up to a troubling discovery on his closet floor, he realizes closing the home won't be as easy as he thought. As Frank's plan to save the Burgers family business and legacy begins to take shape, it disturbs more than he and his brother's relationship. With a local, stuttering cop already asking questions about recent grave robberies, Donnie and Frank must quickly decide what true loyalty to family entails, and how much of their future they're willing to risk in order to have it.
