pick'The Flowers at Flood House' is an excellent haunted house and mystery novella. The house is haunted by its own memories. The haunting is more psychological than gorey. It gets inside your head and heart. At 106 pages, it can easily be read in one sitting, and the pacing is just right. 5 stars.
