pickAbsolutely loved this book! As someone who has been in the vocation of the church for many years, I cannot stress enough the value of the concepts introduce in this book. A church can only be as effective as it is healthy, and unfortunately so many of our churches are broken from the top down. Pete Scazzero has spent many years learning from mistakes and lays out beautifully the principles to developing a healthy ministry. #churchplanting
