What a satisfying end to the Clockwork Century series! Technically book 5 (but you must read the novella Clementine to really appreciate this one) in this steampunk alternate history where the Civil War lasted 20 years, there is a zombie-creating gas, and our intrepid gang of awesome characters are doing their best to end this thing. Belle Boyd is a great character joining the gals from Boneshaker & Dreadnought as kick-ass leading ladies.

OSChamberlain I‘ve always wanted to get into Steampunk fiction. This seems like a great place to start. Nice review ☺️ 7y

The fifth in the alternative steampunk US civil war series. Overall I enjoyed it but some parts dragged. Just sneaks under the wire to get the Pick rating with 3.5/5.
