Made this whole wheat walnut bread (recipe from Crumb by GBBO contestant Ruby Tandoh) while listening to the Beastie Boys Book. This walnut bread was a little unlike other walnut breads I‘ve made as half the walnuts are ground and added into the dough mixture yet somehow the bread is still nice and soft inside. #audiobaking
