Of Course I Love You-- !: --till I Find Someone Better-- | Durjoy Datta, Maanvi Ahuja
The book is like a typical masala movie. The hero is screwed up. The heroine is more screwed up . They meet. They fall in love . conflict follows .They kiss and make up . That's the end of the story . It is full of four letter words . You begin to wonder if this is what the current generation is all about. They are blatant about their sexuality and they feel nothing wrong in flaunting it . Chetan Bhagat had started the idea of the typical underdog .He Invariably messes his grades , his projects and his girlfriends . Bhagat's underdogs had become national darling. Bhagat's books have some message to convey and the humor is also side splitting. Durjoy manages ok on the humor front . Maybe the reader will finish the book at one go . Its racy as it is breezy . But it won't stay in peoples' minds for long . Its like the David Dhawan movie . You will laugh as long as you are watching it . But two years down the lane you'll ask " Of course I love you....... what is that ?" Durjoy scores 7 on the talent front , but 3 on the literary front .
