Songs of Tuvalu | 
I've been looking for books to read for my #passportlitsy countries and almost got stumped on the first one! I prefer fiction, but I heard tell of Tuvalu, a history (not listed in Litsy) and it intrigued me bc it is written collaboratively by many Tuvaleans (?) and the stories they tell often dip into the mythical, folkloric, and downright supernatural. Tuvalu isn't at the top of my to-visit list, but who wouldn't want to go to a tropical island!

jpmcwisemorgan The small Pacific Island States like Tuvalu and Kiribati are really interesting. It‘s crazy how they all managed to end up populated and they‘re just out there in the middle of the ocean. 7y

Blueberry I think there is a Robert Louis Stevenson nonfiction book set in Tuvalu from his travels. 7y
