I started out this morning in Timbuktu. By the late afternoon I was in Northern California. But now having bailed on that, I am sitting in lovely weather in my dark backyard wondering where to go next.

I had to bail after 50 pgs. I chose it because It was apocalyptic and set in California, two of my favorite genres. I looked at reviews before I quit and it didn't look like it was ever going to go anywhere.
But this particular cover is beautiful.
One of my favorite. #BkBasedonPainting.

1. Yes, probably 1000. (We were homeschoolers.)
2. The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I had no idea the book (and movie) were so good.

Great day! Canceled therapy because I didn't want to talk about issues. Meditated, read a book on grief, and went to Starbucks instead.

12 of 100. Not being a Terry Pratchett reader considerably lowered my score. 😆

1. My son adopted a feral kitten from a rescue who is very attached to only him. They now live in Los Angeles.
2. Not often.
3. The Elephant Whisperer

1. Very little
2. Looking at my Goodreads list of read books I see I have not read any books with wealthy people lately.

1. So far so good. I'm halfway through the day.
2. I follow some Facebook groups on mental health. I follow one person by newsletter/blogs. But she's been mostly selling her stuff the last year so I can't do that.
I'm about to walk into one of my happy places. 😊

3⭐. It's divided into 4 parts. I thought the 4th part was most interesting. Charlie the dog was precious. It's nonfiction taking place in 1960.

1.I had a hard morning because of some tax problems but after later therapy I chose to focus today on things that I enjoy for myself and own them regardless of others.
2. Positive affirmations don't do much for me except I do get help out of biblical ones.

4⭐. Good advertisement for abstinence. Brings out all the realities of childbirth plus some.
Next up for my movie/bookclub. I was surprised there was a 6-week hold for the ebook across my 3 library cards.
Recommended to me by my Pastor.
