3 posts | 7 read | 5 to read
When a man has won all his battles and defeated his enemies, what is left for him to achieve? Ezio Auditore must leave his life behind in search of answers, in search of the truth. In 'Assassin's Creed: Revelations', master assassin Ezio Auditore walks in the footsteps of the legendary mentor Altair, on a journey of discovery and revelation. It is a perilous path - one that will take Ezio to Constantinople, the heart of the Ottoman Empire, where a growing army of Templars threatens to destabilise the region. The fourth novel based on the latest instalment of Assassin's Creed - one of the biggest gaming franchises in the world.

Although I haven't played this game, I could see exactly where the missions were & how they played out by the narrative. It painted an exquisite picture in my mind. The feels got me with the discovery of the latter years & demise of Altaïr, who I adored, & the sad manner of Ezio's death at the end after 3 books of his story. My only "issue" is the slightly odd part of the encounter with the Chinese at the end, maybe the game explains it better.

A really solid adaption of what I think is the most underrated game in the franchise.
