What if the only way to find the path home is to leave it behind? When Valentina walks into the ocean, she says goodbye to everyone she knows. But the memory of the person who fills all the spaces of her heart will keep her safe, no matter where her journey takes her next. Buzz is also sent far away, although to a loner like him this doesn't sound like such a bad idea. Until he finds himself stranded all alone in a place that is so much like home, yet it couldn't be more different. Just as he wonders how he'll survive in this strange land, a small girl with a familiar soul appears and changes everything once more. Isolated from the world, without so much as a language in common, somehow they learn to thrive. Together, they create a new kind of world to live in - one that not only binds them, but draws others to their side. It is here that two worlds will finally become one. As hearts merge and threaten to break, souls will entwine, holding each other close for the remainder of time. The Shadowmaker is the spectacular conclusion to The Soulweaver series by Heidi Catherine, winner of Romance Writers of Australia's Emerald Pro award.

Pickpick

Having read the first two books in the series, Soulweaver and the Truthseeker, I was keen to see how the story would end. We return to a environment and revisit a number of 'souls' from the first two novels. The story has a good pace, is beautifully written and the 'worlds' are well developed. I was thrilled with the ending - it tied together all the loose threads from the other volumes in an emotional and satisfying way.

LizzieChantree I‘ve read these books too. They are beautifully written. 6y
