Giving this a pick because it made me do some thinking. Some people see cars as strictly utilitarian, some as transportation, some as art, and some as status symbols. Interesting read overall. Not my usual fare, but glad I gave it a shot. I can see reading more of her work or more about car culture in general.

This one is making me think. I‘ve had to look up some of the terms. However, it‘s an interesting look at car culture and automotive performance from a woman‘s point of view. Reading it slowly so I absorb it all.

I think it amazing that at this stage in social evolution, anyone should find it surprising that women are driven by many of the same impulses that drive men: human impulses.
