A great book to read. While reading, I found myself relating lots of the author's experience, logic and thinking to various aspects to my personal and work life. Chapter after chapter, the author made sure to establish a great relationship with his readers through constructive thoughts and feedback.

"How we think about our circumstances and our ability to deal with them is crucial to how we're feeling"

quote
nabilnhd

" You cannot manage history.
You can learn from your past.
You can learn from your mistakes.
But you can't change your past. No amount of worrying will ever do that.
You can only change how it's impacting your present. Dwelling on past pains and regrets weakens you. It makes you more prone to anxiety and stress. It robs you of the ability to move on.
It is time to start a new chapter."

' Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well presented body; but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "Woo hoo, what a ride!" '
