Glenda Melner needs a job. Ever since the portal between the human and magical realms opened, the job market has been flooded with magical immigrants. Rupert Meier, successful vampire attorney and hopeless scatterbrain, needs an assistant. At first, he's not sure about his latest hire, but Glenda quickly proves herself. In fact, he's so impressed that he doesn't want to lose her over something as silly as human mortality. A few drops of vampire blood would solve that problem... Soon Glenda and her friends are on the run from her co-dependent boss and a security ogre with a grudge. Now it's up to Glenda to outsmart Rupert before she has to spend an eternity in Spanks.
