panwasn't expecting much so I wasn't disappointed much. should have a title that explains it written to the faux-alpha fan base (lift weights, eat a lot of meat, don't listen to crazy vegans, and yada yada). very intro-level but still misses the mark even for intro. hard topic to master so I wasn't terrible shocked.
