Pickpick

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So being a hard core Beatles fan I may be biased about this book review but I really adored this biography. After reading this book I even enjoyed the Beatles music more. A lot of personal information of John Lennon in this book that isn't general public knowledge.

Minervasbutler Hated this book, though it's years since I read it. Typical Goldman hatchet job. Try Ray Coleman or Philip Norman for a fairer portrait of Lennon. 8y
Jellybeanbon I actually have the Philip Norman one on my shelf I will definitely give it a go. I also read this one about 8 years ago. 8y
Minervasbutler I'm reading the PN one at the moment. He doesn't gloss over Lennon's many flaws but he does him justice I think. He gives another side to Mimi too. 8y
