I'll read anything Kemmerer writes. Storm is one of her earlier books, and you can see the growth and fine tuning of her craft when compared to recent work. Storm had too much detail in parts, was a tad corny, and was predictable. I did enjoy the story and characters so it gets a solid 3 stars from me.

I liked the premise of the story with 4 brothers, Elementals and their ability to control different elements and Guides who unilaterally enforce their own form of law with life and death decisions. Becca is an interesting character and I enjoyed the story. I am not sure I will read more books in this series, but will continue to check out other books by this author.

This wasn't my favorite by her. It was a good read but don't think I'll be continuing the series. Have you read it?
