During a flood-stage storm, Heidi tracks corruption and sexual trafficking. Aaron Beaver has also returned to accuse the Rattlers who raped and murdered a young girl, framing his father. Following the baddies she may discover who murdered her parents, covering the up the crime. Some gratuitous stuff, but an OK read.
