pickPastel Dreams and Glittered Hearts by Samira Vivette is a personal journey of love, loss, friendships made, friendships lost, the hard won battle to love yourself, and how to move on when life drags you down. Poetry is a very private, personal thing a lot of time and Vivette gets very personal. I greatly enjoyed this collection, there were some poems that seemed a bit repetitive but on the whole it is both self reflective and very relatable.
Someone has decided I‘d had enough screen time already this morning 😂
