Mehso-so

The climax of this book is still a bit of a mystery to me. This series is quirky, the characters are engaging, but there was no build-up to the climax, and it was over before I clocked it. On top of that, I spent the first 100 pages checking the character list to work out who everyone was, I don't recommend a delay after Book 2. I think this is a case of the author being more entertained writing the book than the reader reading it.
