so-so

Mind your garden is a short and practical self-help guide. Some self-help books are so long and so detailed that they lose the reader before they barely get started. This one is the complete opposite of that. Good sound bites and practical advice that doesn't quite go far enough. There wasn't any sense of flow to the book and it just kind of jumped around. The graphics are a nice touch, a concept I feel would resonate well (cont in comments)

TheHeartlandBookFairy ...with tweens and teens. I like the idea of the shorter book but it just fell too short for me.
