Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God
Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God | Mitchell Judie
1 post | 1 read
It is 1769 and Hannah and Verity are Puritan daughters of New England. Their involvement in a serious crime has rendered them ‘Sinners in the hands of an angry God’. The village of Buxton is scandalised, and family reputations are threatened. Meanwhile the angry God of the Puritans is slowly being challenged by adherents of more forgiving religions, causing religious fractures within the community, and a great deal of soul-searching. Hannah and Verity are torn between what they were brought up to believe and the possibility of forgiveness for their sins.

Hi, this my book so I must be objective I guess. I'm pleased with the outcome, but cannot find a publisher (who can?) so have self published on Amazon at a very reasonable price! I hope some of you will read it. It will be out in paperback soon.

Cinfhen Congrats 🍾 the synopsis sounds intriguing! You‘ve peaked my interest 4y
