I couldn't even focus on the info in this book because of how toxic it was. TRIGGER WARNING THIS BOOK IS NOT SAFE FOR THOSE WITH ED's. I'm not really sure why a book about magical properties of grocery store items needs to constantly reference weight loss, nor do I understand why the author felt the need to shame those who don't use fresh unprocessed goods and those who follow practices that involve using animal meats and skins. Avoid this book.
