My states voters pamphlet is in the Litsy system!
As it should be because this is a book!
Happy voting America!
Dilara 😮It looks very involved. I think I took exams that appeared less complicated than that... 1mo
ChaoticMissAdventures @Dilara I know right? I LOVE that my state only does vote by mail, and sends out these pamphlets I have one 136 page book about local elections and how to fill out/return the ballot and one state book about state and federal government that is 155 pages. I spend a whole weekend researching so I can vote to the best of my abilities. 1mo
JacqMac That looks so complicated. We lived in the US for a while and the American election process always fascinated me. 1mo

ChaoticMissAdventures @Dilara @JacqMac all the states are a little bit different. I know in the south most states do not send you booklets letting you know what the laws you are voting on mean, and you have to go through standing in line and getting interrogated about your citizenship, then go into a closet and vote on things that hopefully you looked up beforehand. I much prefer Oregon's way, it feels more informed and accessible. 1mo
Suet624 No wonder people don‘t vote! They have to read. 😊 1mo
Susanita Kitty is not interested! 1mo
