Seeing my symptoms written out in a book about autism made me feel so valid. I recommend this for anyone on the spectrum who is struggling to deal with day-to-day life due to their condition, as this book takes a positive psychology approach to autism & helps you see things from a slightly different perspective. I appreciated that this book didn't see autism as something that needed fixing, it sees autism as something that's just different. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've finally decided on the first book I'll be reading this year as part of the 52 book challenge (prompt: book with a subtitle).
Having been diagnosed with autism as an adult just over a month ago, I think this is the perfect one to start the year off with! #52bookclub23 #2023readingchallenge
