pan2.5 ⭐ I understand the idea behind this book oft urning the idea of being scared into being excited. It‘s saying look on the bright side. At times the ideas are cliché like make lemonade at lemons. Other times there are off the wall examples. Halfway through the book it talks about homeless people and “I‘m not scared, I‘m excited.” I understand the sentiment of not wanting a child to fear a homeless person, they are people. But the way it is
LibrarianRyan written leaves a bad taste in the mouth almost like the homeless people are a sightseeing adventure. Also, the book never lists an illustrator and the illustrations look AI. I don‘t know that they are, but they look that way. 1mo
