pickArmstrong‘s one of my favorite authors & the latest installment in the #ARipInTimeSeries doesn‘t disappoint! It opens with an invitation to a mummy unwrapping—& while the modern woman inside Mallory recognizes how problematic this macabre party is, she‘s no longer in 2019 & it‘s not frowned upon in her new life in the body of a Scottish housemaid in 1869. Of course, it‘s also the perfect backdrop for another murder to investigate! A fun series!
