I have my grandson this week as his daycare closes the week before school starts to deep clean and reset for the school year..and as his mother is the admin assistant at the middle school- which is you know 2000 kids -she's a bit busy...long days, we also have an influx of students from Ukraine and Afghanistan this year. So, my almost fourth grader (!) and I are reading, cooking, baking and resting! #Nana

4 🌟 Super fun. Just a book about tickling. The only thing is when the author purposely stops the rhymes. It throws the reading off and annoys me. However, read in story time it works perfectly.

A momentous first yesterday for our little nugget—first (of many!) trip to the bookstore! We went to Barnes & Noble to grab a gift and of course walked out with more books for our sweet little reader. Sandra Boynton has become a favorite (Barnyard Dance is read almost daily!). #raisingreaders #babiesofLitsy #bookstoretrip
