Not at all sold. Two dimensional characters who change allegiance with seemingly no real reasons to do so. Flat storyline which doesn't actually go anywhere. Plus, the whole first section of the book is completely unrelated to the rest. Won't be reading the rest of the series.

This trilogy was recommended to me as one for anyone who loved Harry Potter. While there were points when I got a little frustrated with these books, overall they were a great read!
So if you like getting lost in a magical world hiding within our own, give them a try.

This book is headed straight to the top of my to read pile. Looks fascinating! I can't wait to get lost in Girdlegard.
