The pace of the book is slow but with the quaint backdrop of Viscos, it's a pleasant read. It explores the existence of the eternal war between good and evil in each of us, regardless of who we are.
As Ms. Prym struggles with her dilemma, you encounter the battle happening within yourself. Just like The Alchemist, I finished the book with a feeling of awe, self-realization and a smile.
