I have also started this. The description of Chandrapore at the start of the book is great but I am finding the style of writing as a whole to be enjoyable but a bit muddled and confusing. The plan is to read more of these 'classics' this year during my new commute

First book of the year and i'm about half way through. It transpires that this is his last book before he died which makes sense given the plot.
