This is an inspirational book for the youth although people of all ages can read it. It is filled with basic and practical wisdom that at times is based on biblical principles and geared toward individual growth along with leadership development. As a child, growing up tends to be difficult at times. Trying to figure out who you are and where you should be going can get complicated given the various images and influences out there. Circumstances can also play a part. Whatever background or inadequacies you may have there is always a chance and a better way for you. This book is geared towards helping you find yourself and help you develop your skills to not only benefit you but others who encounter you. Also included are ways to deal with some stressful and unfortunate situations that may occur in your life. In your journey may you be able to find inner strength to persevere as well as success. Author Bio: Sandy Burrell serves as Acolyte Verger (Part Time Volunteer) to his home parish of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Bronx, N.Y. He currently leads and trains the Acolytes and Altar Servers. He is also a lifetime member of the Vergers Guild of the Episcopal Church (VGEC).
