Great addition to the Cole/Pike series. Pike is the main character here, so it has less humor than the Cole-centered books, but it develops Pike more than those, also. Lots of action, some double crosses, red herring, and great characters.

7 feelings, in book form, upon hearing my inlaws are moving to town.
The Opposite of Worry - this will not consume me.
The Summer's End - they sold their resort condo in FL. No more free vacations.
The Survivor. It'll be OK
Comfort Food - good thing it's acceptable to eat and drink a lot in December.
The First Rule - never show up w/o calling first.
Friday Night Lights - date nights!
Plum Lucky - my 5yo will have a set of Grandparents close by!
Bk13 in the Elvis Cole/Joe Pike series and it doesn't disappoint. Another action packed thriller, this time mostly about Pike. When Frank Meyer and his family are killed in a home invasion, Pike, who worked with Frank in Africa, intends to hunt down the men responsible. But when ATF & the Serbian mob are involved, it's a lot harder to stay the invisible man. Loved this one, but then I'm crazy about Pike!😎❤️
Onto Bk13 in the Elvis Cole/Joe Pike books, this one is more of a Pike book though. Frank Meyer is a former mercenary that worked with Pike during his days in Africa & South East Asia. When Frank & his entire family are murdered, Pike goes on the warpath to avenge a friend. And nobody wants to get in his way. Love love love Pike!😎❤️
