pickI love this book. Thematically perfect (who doesn't like chocolate) and filled with character, Lucas manages to cram a whole lot of story into the picture book format. Little Grendel loves chocolate (and so do we) but has to learn when enough is enough.
Never preachy or pompous, the book offers plenty of opportunities to speak and have fun with eager listeners before the very last twist in a rather surprising tail...
