A good starter read to understand the basics of BLW. While I'm still skeptical of some of their recommendations, i.e. not waiting a few days to in between introducing new foods to ensure there's no allergy/GI upset, a lot of the info provided made perfect sense. Lots of versatile recipes!

rachelm Did BLW with my second and it was so much less of a headache! 7y

I'm not much of a cook but I do have several cookbooks that I almost never look at. When I do cook I usually use Pinterest! But the Baby-Led Weaning book was a great starting point for me when we started transitioning over to solid foods for the baby. #CookbookLove #PhotoADayNov16
