Mehso-so

Rosalie is American, she fell in love with Abdullah, went with him to #SaudiArabia, had two children, living happy, luxuries life until she accidentally finds out about the Abdullah second wife. The story, with all its complications, offers much to consider, but unfortunately remains at the level of external events. Interesting, but not great. #ReadingAsia2021

Librarybelle It does sound interesting. I see it also has a so-so rating on Litsy, so other readers may agree with you! 4y
BarbaraBB Another so-so for #ReadingAsia2021 🤷🏻‍♀️ 4y
Simona @Librarybelle I looked at the reviews on GR, and the vast majority of them are very positive ... 4y

Simona @BarbaraBB I still have to review 4 or 5 books, and the sad part of this is that only one book is pick ... 4y
BarbaraBB That is frustrating. I think we just know too little of good Asian writers. They are there of course, we just can‘t seem to find them! 4y
Simona I did a little research, because I was curious 🤔... so far I finished 41 books, and 17 books are so-so or pan, and 24 books are pick. My impression was that this ratio was reversed, so now I‘m quite satisfied.😁 @BarbaraBB (edited) 4y

Now that the Read Harder challenge is done, I can go back to reading whatever suits me in the moment. I think this was recommended and has been deep in my ereader for a while. The time seems to be now to open it up.
