JamieArc Trump is going to be in Lansing tomorrow, where I live 🤮. On a positive note, i and many of my friends reserved tickets and won‘t be showing up, of course. 3y

Hooked_on_books There‘s been one good thing about this presidency: huge increases in civic engagement. Hopefully this record early voting we‘re seeing is indicative of the greater desire to protect democracy. But today is a very dark day. 3y

TheBookHippie @GingerAntics I feel the exact same way, however my town is 97 percent alt right religious and today I saw more Biden signs than I ever thought possible in this town. More than I saw for Obama. So I'm just CLINGING to THAT. If it's a massive landslide there is more hope. So hopefully EVERYONE VOTES. We HAD THE POPULAR vote last time!! I say get rid of the electoral college but no one listens to me. 3y

GingerAntics @TheBookHippie 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 I do know many teenagers on the cusp of voting right now that are very aware and do not like where our country is right now (and I know one who has trump backgrounds for class meetings in teams whenever anyone makes him turn his camera on). 3y
GingerAntics @SamAnne you and me both. I thought I would feel better after voting, but alas, no. I sent in my mail in ballot back in September, the same day it came in, and things feel like they‘ve gone down hill and gotten worse since then. 3y
