pickI won this novel as part of a giveaway from 49th Shelf, woohoo! It's a good YA novel in that it was a quick easy read that kept me engaged. While the story is somewhat simple I think it works overall, particularly as the author does a good job of portraying people as being complex and multi-faceted and showing both the good and bad qualities teens.
