I'm a few days late but thanks for the tag @Ast_Arslan ☺️

1. Pride and Prejudice
2. Fahrenheit 451
3. I'm in a weird reading mood lately and currently have 9 different books in progress 😅 but they're a mixture of romance, YA, and fantasy

A belated #wondrouswednesday @eggs @puzzledbooks

1. Rich characterization: The short stories of Haruki Murakami I've been exposed to so far, William Gibson's Idoru, Albert Camus, Milan Kundera, Dostoevskiy's Inspector Porfiry, Nordic/European fiction.

2. Controversial book: the one tagged.

3. Genres currently reading: whatever Murakami is, crime thriller, YA military sci-fi, YA fantasy, romantic suspense, erotica romance, slow-burn mystery, &c.

Eggs Murakami !! He‘s a hard one to categorize 🤗!! 2d

Thanks for the tag, @EadieB !

1. There are so many books that the author amazingly describes the characters. I have to go with my old standby of Pride and Prejudice - if anyone calls you a Mr. Collins, watch out!

2. One most recently read - Down Along with That Devil‘s Bones by Connor Towne O‘Neill. Thought provoking…

3. I‘m currently reading a nonfiction, a classic, a fantasy, and a mystery

EadieB You're welcome! Thanks for playing! 3d

1) the tagged of course 💙
2) most all of Jodi Picoult‘s books
3) I‘m going to say domestic fiction. It‘s listed as thriller and suspense, but I disagree. (The Push)

#WondrousWednesday

Jensol77 I‘d say historical fiction 3d
Eggs Sounds dramatic ❣️ 3d
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Jensol77 yeah, could be… I‘m at the part right now where she‘s been fooling Gemma and “meets” Fox. I really feel terrible for her, but that is a little much!! 2d

1. A Prayer for Owen Meany
2. Lolita comes to mind right away, though I've never actually met anyone who doesn't think it's excellent
3. Historical fiction, I guess (The Pillars of the Earth)

Eggs Thanks for playing ❣️ 3d
Vansa That would be me.I absolutely hated Lolita. I found it a beautifully written paedophile apologia, with no thought at all given to Dolores as a person. She remains an object of fantasy, right till the end. 3d

1. Love the characterization of the tagged book and all the Century Trilogy. An excellent read.

2. Animal Farm by George Orwell

3. Historical Mystery.

#WondrousWednesday

RaeLovesToRead Fall of Giants' characterisation was amazing 😊 Still need to get round to reading the other two books. 3d
Alfoster I was giggling when I saw Animal Farm as the controversial book. Years ago when I was teaching it, a kid raised his hand and asked if it was a true story (and we hadn‘t yet gotten to the Russian counterparts)!😝 3d
