This is exactly what my dark, little heart needed. While maintaining a sense of folklore, stories range from serial killers, copy cats, snakes impregnating possessed women, a 20 foot tall carnivorous demon rooster, ghosts, a carnival themed Hell, and the personification of death itself. I was not bored once. Do yourself a favor and get the audiobook, the narrator is superb!

Just listened to the first story. Holy crap!!!! This is how horror is done! This grotesque Hitchcockian tale will prevent listeners from driving on old highways late at night.

BookwormBeth I have never heard of this but after seeing your post I'm searching madly haha 8y
BookwormOfTheDamned @BookwormBeth It's only available on ebook and audiobook. I haven't found a print copy. 8y
