It's almost as if they knew I'd be reading this book exactly now. I used to go to the gym because I wanted to take care of myself and because the classes were fun. Then I started going obsessively because it was the place I felt best, where I could forget everything I didn't want to think about. Then I stopped. I started again, but because I want to do what is best for me.
