My kids are too young at this point, but once they get a bit older I can use strength-based parenting. Hopefully I remember what I read by then!

This is probably intended for parents of older children, school-age to teen. I have a toddler and 4 month old, so it will be awhile before I can determine their strengths. But, I find this principle can apply to most things in life... focus on the good, don't dwell on your weaknesses and improve them if possible.🌈
