so-soThis is very tropey, but would probably work for a teen for whom those tropes have not become wearisome. The protagonists are 5 stereotypes—the nerd, the jock, the goth, the popular girl, and the skater dude. They go on the field trip from hell to a house/museum built by a weird demonic guy. Separated from their class, the teens (who all have secrets, of course!) are forced to battle their way through each room to win their freedom. Some humor!
