SURVEY: Do those outside traditional publishing recognize the word “galley” or has it been replaced with “ARC / advanced copy”?
Looking to start a consulting/bookkeeping business for indie authors and playing with names.

“Galley Breakout”

bookseller_cate @BookishMarginalia Exactly what I wondered. 😆 Galley kitchens originated at sea. I‘m hoping to indicate that I‘ll work like-a-galley-slave for my authors. Maybe it‘ll work with the right logo? 3y
