Asking me to choose a favorite character is to ask me to choose a favorite spice or a favorite song. There are just too many amazing ones out there that all serve different purposes and inspire me in different ways.
This image is Waterhouse‘s most famous “Lady of Shalott” painting (he painted three). The Tennyson poem is one of my favorites and I used it as the subject of many of my college essays. #Ampersand2018
