Ophelia Immune | 
pickCalling this a character-driven zombie story sounds like an oxymoron. But it‘s not. Ophelia survives the proverbial apocalypse, and must make her way in a world with zombie attacks, racial discrimination, and women sold as slaves. It‘s not a bright and sunny world, which makes Ophelia‘s grit and naïveté all the more endearing. Love the social commentary mixed with action and suspense.
