This is my book haul from Friday at a library book sale. Wodehouse, Maugham, Didion, and Fortey are all new-to-me authors, even though I‘ve heard much about them. I‘m a big fan of Mary Roach so I‘m looking forward to Packing for Mars. I think I‘m going to finish her back catalog before I get to Fuzz which I believe was her newest one.

Bookwomble I really like Fortey. I've read Trilobite! and The Earth: An Intimate History, which are both fascinating. I've had Drystore and Life: An Unauthorised Biography on TBR for years, and should get to them, really. He's done some TV presenting, and is very personable. Hope you like him, and the others you snagged 😊 2y

Last weeks virtual tour of the Natural History Museum (7 postcards in 7 days) lead me to Professor Richard Own - the ‘founder‘ of the museum and a dinosaur expert with a knack for plagiarism !
