The 3 Bears and Goldilocks
The 3 Bears and Goldilocks | Margaret Willey
3 posts | 1 read
We all know that Goldilocks has a lot to say about the Three Bears. Everything they have is either too hot or too cold or too big or too lumpy or too hard or too soft or too completely, absolutely wrong. Only one of them can get anything right! Just right, that is. But have you ever wondered, even for the littlest mini-second, what the Three Bears think about her? Well, it turns out those bears have a thing or two, or three, to say... Margaret Willey turns this fav-orite classic upside down...because there's always another side to the story....

The 3 Bears and Goldilocks | Margaret Willey

I think this would be a great book for kids interested in bears, or adventure/playing outside. Also this book could be used in a unit about habitats and lifestyles of animals (mainly bears). I think this could also work for children who are wonderers, and easily get distracted in the beauty of nature. I would hope kids could relate to goldilocks curiosity.

Pickpick

I liked this book a lot! I think the pictures really add to the scenery showing Goldilocks house and the bears house to show how different they live. I almost felt the comfort and discomfort Goldilocks felt in the beds, just from the beautiful and realistic illustrations. I would definitely read this book to my future classroom.
